Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Makes: 4- 8 Servings

Ingredients:

  • Coffee, ground (6 TB)

  • Water (6 Cups)

  • Ice (2 cups)

  • Milk (1/2 gallon)

  • Maple syrup

  • Graham cracker crumbs

Procedure:

  1. Add 2 cups of ice and 2 cups of water to the coffee carafe. We use a Breville Drip Coffee Maker.

  2. Add 4 cups of water to the reservoir and 6 TBSP of coffee into the filter.

  3. Brew your coffee.

  4. While your coffee brews, prepare 2 small bowls. One with graham crackers crumbs and one with maple syrup.

  5. Gently dip the rim of your 10 - 16oz glass into the bowl with maple syrup coating the rim.

  6. Now gently dip the rim into the graham cracker crumbs. Do this to every glass.

  7. When your coffee is done, add anywhere from 4 - 6 cups of milk (less if you want a stronger coffee taste).

  8. Add 2 - 4 oz of maple syrup. Stir vigorously.

  9. Pour over ice into each rimmed cup.

  10. Share and enjoy!

Tips:

  • If you want a stronger coffee flavor, use more coffee or less milk/cream.

  • For a sweeter taste, add more maple syrup or use a flavored syrup of your choice.

  • For a dairy-free option, you can use almond milk, coconut milk, or oat milk instead of  whole milk or cream.
